A cut away is when a picture of a building is cut on one side.  It is done so that you can see the inside.

Index:
An Index is an alphabetical list of names and subjects.  It tells you what page number to go to.

A sidebar is a section of text that appears on the side of the the page which tells us some information

Today I learnt how to do skimming and scanning.  I was working with Inotia and Mishaan.

This is a fiction book about dinosaurs and adventure.  I choose this book because the cover was eye catching and when I read the blurb it sounded very interesting and my kind of book I would want to read.
